英国GRIMM格林进口液下渣浆泵概述： 　  

          进口液下渣浆泵，浸入液下，是英国格林开发研制的新一代高效耐磨节能型立式渣浆泵，该系列采用国际上先进的固液两相流理论，按zui小损失原则设计，其过流部件的几何形状符合介质的流动状态，减少了涡流和撞击待局部与沿程水力损失，从而减轻了过流部件的磨损，搞高了水力效率，降低了运行噪音和振动，该系列泵过流部件采用高硬质高铬合金材质，其材质具有高抗磨、抗腐蚀性、搞冲击性性能，从而使其寿命提高。

          进口液下渣浆泵是立式单级单吸悬臂式离心泵结构，叶轮为半开式叶轮，在叶轮吸入边延伸处设有搅拌叶片。
          该泵主要用于环保、市政工程、火力发电厂、加气混凝土、煤气焦化厂、炼油厂、炼钢厂、采矿、造纸业、水泥厂、食品厂、印染等行业抽吸浓液、稠油、油渣、污浊液、泥浆、灰浆、流砂及城市排污沟道的流动污泥，以及含有泥砂渣物流体和有腐蚀性液体。GRYW型还可抽吸各种人畜粪便污水和大中沼气池，沼气工程时出料使用。GRYZ(S)型还可输送高温(500℃)的煤油、原油、沥青、油渣等工况。

         进口液下渣浆泵为单级，单吸悬臂式结构，用轴承座，支承座，联接管连接泵的水力部件，液体由出液管部件排出，泵的叶轮为半开式叶轮，在叶轮叶片进口延伸处设有搅拌叶片，该泵主要特点是在液下部件的泵轴，有足够的刚度，叶轮，泵壳之间不设轴承，不采用轴封，可以输送含有较大浓度固体颗粒的介质。泵插入液下的长度在800-2000之间，如果需要可以配带吸入管。轴封采用液下泵插入液体中运行，不设轴封，传动由立式电动机安装在电机支承座上，用联轴器与泵相连。
